It's Time To Shine!

Daetriel King-Bey-Hayes is a visionary leader, creative entrepreneur, and lifelong servant of purpose. As the founder of LASHDAE LLC, she uses beauty as a tool for healing, self-expression, and empowerment—offering licensed hair & makeup services, model casting, wardrobe styling, and more through her dynamic brand and studio.

Her journey in service began as a child and flourished when she became Grand Lady of the Junior Daughters of Peter Claver, leading faith-based projects that uplifted the homeless, youth, and underserved communities. That same compassion and discipline now guide her as she mentors models, leads styling teams of 30+, and creates inclusive opportunities through the world of fashion and beauty.

After the pageant, my goals as a Million Dollar Diamond Queen include forming committees to support and relieve the workload of our Mother Queen, providing mentorship and guidance to upcoming contestants, and helping cultivate a system where our queens are well-supported, prepared, and unified in sisterhood. I believe in a pageant system where we don’t just wear crowns — we build community.

I also intend to work closely with my sister queens to use our individual talents to serve diverse needs in our communities — through charity, creative workshops, business mentoring, and public service initiatives. I see MDD as a vehicle for real-world impact, and I’m committed to helping this organization expand its reach, strengthen its foundation, and create even more leaders who are bold, beautiful, and benevolent.
